About the role
We’re looking for experienced or ambitious Mortgage & Protection Advisers who want to grow their business while delivering a high standard of advice and service.
You’ll support clients through their mortgage journey, from first-time purchases and home moves to remortgages and other appropriate mortgage requirements, while ensuring their protection needs are considered as part of the advice process.
The role is ideal for someone who wants to develop a strong client bank, build relationships with introducers and create repeat and referral business.
Responsibilities
- Support clients throughout their mortgage journey, including first-time purchases, home moves and remortgages.
- Advise on other appropriate mortgage requirements according to each client’s circumstances.
- Ensure clients’ protection needs are considered as part of the advice process.
- Deliver a consistently high standard of clear, client-focused advice and service.
- Build relationships with introducers and create repeat and referral business.
What we are looking for
- An appropriate mortgage qualification, such as CeMAP or equivalent.
- Experience as a Mortgage & Protection Adviser, or the ambition and capability to develop in the role.
- Strong relationship-building and business-development skills.
- The ability to meet all applicable competency, regulatory and network requirements.
